Wednesday 13 - I Walked With A Zombie

Most people probably know Wednesday 13 as lead singer for the Murderdolls, Slipknot drummer Joey Jordison's shock-rock side project. But the thing is, Wednesday has been doing the shock-punk rock thing long before he hooked up with Joey and some of the Murderdolls tracks were originally Wednesday 13 songs that were re-worked.
So now that Joey is back with Slipknot, Wednesday has taken it upon himself to finally break out on his own thanks to the new found Murderdolls recognition.

The video basically plays like a Rob Zombie video, whereas we see the band jamming laced in with scenes from the classic horror flick, Night of the Living Dead, the original black and white version. The real fun part is near the end when they pull a Forrest Gump and have the band interacting with the movie characters in somewhat funny ways!
The song is really good too and will appeal to you instantly if your already a fan of the Murderdolls or the Misfits.
Great video overall, and well worth checking out.

Eighteen Visions - I Let Go

I haven't really been big on Eighteen Visions since they look like one of those pretty boy punk bands like Good Charlotte/Simple Plan, but at least these guys rock harder like they should be instead of singing dumb love songs and calling themselves a punk band when they really arent.
This however, is a pretty good video from them. It's a bit late or early for a New Year (or End of The World in this case) party video like this, but it's still fun none the less as we see the band jam in the middle of a house party surrounded by hot chicks and party goers. As the video progresses, we see each individual member enjoying himself at the party, usually accompanied by a chick or two.
As the video comes to an end, the party goers start stripping off their clothes as they continue to dance around the band and ends with them all running out to the balcony to catch either the sunrise or something, I'm not sure since they didn't show what it was.
But like I said at the start, this is a nicely done simple video with a good track to it. So give a shot and give these guys their "more deserved than others" 15 minutes.

Disbelief - Rewind It All

I'm not sure if these guys are German or Dutch, but these guys are definately one of the best new death metal bands I've heard since Insision last year!
This simple video features the band jamming in a dark room, which soons turns out to be them locked in a cage with moshers all around and dangling from the cage, rockin' to the music. And there are also clips of the lead singer walking through a forrest to add some variety.
Like I said, this was a simle video, but the track itself is a great melodic-death metal song with good vocals. Heck, the guy even sings just a teeny bit at the end.
Defintately recommend checking this one out.

American Head Charge - Loyalty

The AHC are back after a long hiatus with the first video off their new album "The Feeding"! I've been waiting a long time for the return of these industrial metal madmen and it looks like it was worth the wait.
The video features the band in a hospital/clinic of some sorts, as well as the blue-skinned, bald, clown face painted nurse on the album cover. Starting out with vocalist Martin Cock being wheeled in on a stretcher, passing open doors with ghostly silhouettes of the other band members standing by looking like something out of The Ring movies. Actually, that sort of sums up the feel of the video if you've ever seen the American made Ring movie.
We also get the obligatory shots of the band jamming in an empty room being watched by the "Nurse", as well as cock mouthing off directly at her. By the end of the video, it takes a nightmarish kind of twist as they do some quick edits to make it look like Cock and the Nurse are one in the same person!
The song itself is a very good "whisper into a scream" type song that the Charge are known for and definately won't dissapoint long time fans if the rest of the album is similar.
Highly recommend checking out this video!

KoRn loses it's Head!!!

I can't believe that after 13 years together and revolutionizing the metal world, Brian "Head" Welch of KoRn has left the band! WHY you must ask? The SOB found RELIGION! Appearantly he left the band a month ago and I only just found out now from a Yahoo report on his baptism.
This is a HUGE loss to the metal world, and another reason I HATE organized religion. Sure he was suffering from depression and addiction, but there's no reason he can't be holy and still jam with one of the greatest metal bands on the planet! Look at P.O.D and Demon Hunter!
I wish Head all the best in his new life, but this is a sad day in metal, and hopefully KoRn can survive with whoever they pick as his replacement.
